Damages and Missing Items
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We ship using USPS insured priority mail, Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Address/Returns
If you provide an incorrect address, Sound ordnance is not responsible if the package cannot be recovered.
