Merchandise Return Policy
To ensure your satisfaction, we permit our customers to return items purchased from Sound ordnance LLC, subject to the limitations and procedures set forth below. Order payment processing is completed upon checkout and funds are captured from the customer provided means. If an order is cancelled or returned a refund of payment is acceptable up to, but not including, payment processing/gateway fees that are calculated at 5% of total transaction. Card processing/gateway fees are non-refundable and are accessed from a 3rd party for the privilege of facilitating secure web-based/phone payment. 

30 Day Return Period
You may return an item purchased from Sound ordnance LLC, up to 30 days from the original Invoice Date, provided that the item has not been installed and is in “brand-new”, un-opened condition. This does not apply to electronic products or special order/none stocking items as they will be allowed return on a case by case approval. Shipping charges are not refundable on returns for any reason. Any returns after 30 days, if approved, will be for Store Credit only. 

Return Merchandise Authorization
To return an item, please use the Contact us and provide the following information: original invoice number; part number; quantity; and reason for the return with as much detail as possible.   It is needed for any return once return approval is recieved, and include a copy in the box on return. Once received please allow 5-7 days for processing and credits to be complete.

Product Application and Installation
Sound ordnance LLC will not be held responsible for products that are ordered, installed, or received incorrectly. It is the end purchaser/users/installers responsibility to check the parts ordered, cross-reference packing slip to received items and for the fitment to the part installing it on.  Loss or damage resulting from incorrect installation, or incorrect part being installed is the sole responsibility of the user. Sound ordnance LLC disclaims all implied or expressed responsibility and makes no guarantee of fitness for a specified application.

Pricing Terms and Conditions
All transactions are in USD Currency. Pricing is subject to change without notice and pricing/availability is confirmed once order is placed. By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the 'checkout process') you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order.

Unauthorized Returns
Sound ordnance LLC will not be responsible for unauthorized returns. If an order is refused and shipped back without shipper authorization the customer will be charged for the return shipment cost. If an order is refused and shipped back without authorization there will be automatic restocking fee up to 20%.
